Pathways to Self-Sufficiency Program

Group Counseling

Our group counseling services are designed to provide a supportive and safe environment for individuals to work through their problems with others who are going through similar experiences. Our experienced counselors facilitate these sessions and provide guidance and support throughout the process.

Availability of services is based on eligibility, available funding, resources, and community partnerships. CHHRN cannot guarantee financial assistance or placement. When direct assistance is unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to connect individuals and families with appropriate community resources and service providers.
